Warranty

All products are warranted from defects for two years from the date of purchase. Warranty repairs or replacements do not include shipping charges.

Returns

Products can be returned within thirty days for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges.

Liability

Arma is not responsible for losses caused by inability to deliver products before a given date.
Arma Automotive is not responsible for loss or damages cause by use or misuse of the products sold.
Arma is not responsible for injuries relating to the assembly of any kit nor is it responsible for personal injury or property damage cause through the use of the kit as part of an assembled vehicle.

Insurance

Each customer is responsible for assembling a working vehicle in compliance with local laws and regulations. Each assembled vehicle is required to have active insurance coverage when driving on public roads.
