Arma offerings fabrication services including precise, repeatable and affordable tube notching, bending and 5-Axis routing.

CNC Plasma Tube Notching

Tube notching service is available for steel and aluminum tubing with a diameter between 2.54 cm (1") and 5.08 cm (2") a length up to 365cm (12 feet) long a wall thickness of up to 0.12" and is cut with a plasma torch.

CNC Tube Bending

We can bend tube and pipe with diameters of 1", 1.5", 1.75" and 2" with a length of up to 10' and a wall thickness up to 0.12". Each bend diameter has a specific bend radius and each tube can have multiple bends up to 110 degrees on different angles as long as bends with different angles are seperated by 3".

Fiberglass/Carbon panels and moulds made with our 5-Axis CNC Router

We can fabricate panels made from fiberglass or carbon fiber with a layup process as well as foam moulds made from your CAD design models.

We can fabricate panels or moulds based on 3D cad files, .obj, stl, .ads. We offer a variety of materials and epoxies depending on your project needs. Products are billed at $50/hr machine time and $115/hr babour plus material cost. We can work with materials that you would like to bring.

Part size limit: 4' x 8' x 22" tall.
Materials: Foam, Wood, Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, Aluminum.
