CAD/CAM Project Services

If you want to use ADS or the ARMA Portable CNC Tube Notcher but do not want to start by learning a full CAD/CAM workflow, we can help turn your project into usable models, manufacturing files, and a clearer fabrication plan.

Our goal is to make the software and machine useful sooner. We can work from sketches, measurements, existing CAD files, photos, or a project concept, then help prepare the geometry, cut files, templates, and documentation needed to move toward fabrication.

For Notcher Customers

The notcher is most valuable when it is fed accurate software-generated files. If your team is strong at fabrication but new to CAD, we can model parts, prepare tube notch profiles, add tabs and slots, create cut-ready files, and help you understand the workflow before you take it fully in-house.

For ADS Customers

ADS can support complex tube-frame and fabrication workflows, but a real project is often the best way to learn. We can help set up starter projects, create example templates, model assemblies, prepare CAM output, and provide guided training around the work you actually want to build.

How It Works

Send a short description of what you are trying to build, what files or measurements you already have, and what machine or software workflow you plan to use. We will review the project, identify the practical next steps, and quote the modelling, CAM, training, or support work separately.

Good Fit Projects

This service is best suited for round-tube fabrication projects such as chassis parts, roll cages, bumpers, racks, off-road structures, prototype assemblies, and repeat welded tube products. It is especially useful when you already know what you want to fabricate, but need help getting from the idea to accurate cut files.
