The Arma CNC Tube Bender kit works with the Baileigh RDB-250 to add 3-Axis CNC automation. Model tube and pipe projects in CAD and fabricate them quickly and accurately with this product.

In-Place Springback Compensation

One of the main benefits of the Arma CNC Tube Bender kit is in-place springback compensation. Instead of relying on preset correction values, you load the tube, run the bend program, and the parts are finished without making scrap test parts first.

Most other benders require you to bend a throwaway part to find the springback angle for each bend. We found this is time consuming and error prone because different stock material often has different springback rates. Our bending accuracy is approximately in the range of 0.1 degrees.

Arma Design Studio also compensates for radial growth in the bend automatically. Your CAD/CAM workflow accounts for how the tube length changes through each bend, helping finished parts come out accurate and repeatable from the software-generated bending process.

Bends metal tube and pipe from 1" diameter to 2" with a wall thickness up to 3/8th inch. Square tubing is not supported by this product.

Control software in the Arma Design Studio application supports fabrication with new model designs or existing third parts cad models imported.

The Arma CNC Tube Bender is intended to be an affordable automation tool for individual builders, medium sized business and industrial manufacturers.

Complex tube structures can be modelled in CAD software and fabricated in an efficient, accurate and repeatable manner.

The Arma Design Studio CAD/CAM software can generate notch profiles for intersecting tubes with tabs in one part and corresponding slots in the connecting part. This aids in verifying alignment as tubes can only fit together in the correct location as well aiding in assembly where the tabs hold parts in place more easily resulting in less jig scaffolding for complex projects.
