Tube Fabrication

Arma Design Studio (ADS) enables fast, accurate design and manufacturing of tube-based projects using cost-effective CNC cutting and bending workflows. You can model new tube frame designs—or import existing ones—and generate CNC G-code for automated cutting and bending. For manual fabrication, ADS also produces clear, step-by-step PDF bend instructions.

ADS is built to lower the barrier to using tube structures in new applications by simplifying design and pairing it with efficient CNC manufacturing. This opens the door to new product ideas, faster iteration, and more economical production for both individuals and small businesses.

Existing tube designs can be imported from other CAD platforms, including Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, or created directly within ADS using its dedicated tube modeling tools.

Arma Automotive Inc. is also developing a line of highly cost-effective CNC tube notching and CNC tube bending machines designed to integrate seamlessly with ADS. More details on these upcoming tools will be announced soon.
